ABOUT ME

MY WHY


After struggling with my own hardships with weight gain, emotional eating, acne, depression, anxiety, and obsession with food, exercise, and body image, I invested in my own health and healing. I began my journey with personal development and mindset practices that completely transformed both my mental and physical health. In the past, I've struggled to find health professionals who could help me with my problems until I started working with my own health coach, who cared about finding the root causes and working on healing my outside symptoms with holistic approaches centered around the food I put into my body, physical activity, sleep + rest, and honoring my mental and emotional well being. After firsthand experiencing the power of habits and mindset to transform from the inside out, I now find my purpose in coaching others through their own health journeys to reach optimal health and happiness.


WHAT I DO

I empower individuals to achieve optimal health and happiness through a holistic approach that integrates mindset and habit-building. I guide clients to step into their full potential by nurturing mind, body, and soul balance, fostering lasting transformation and well-being. I support clients with weight loss, body image, emotional eating, relationship with food and exercise, nutrition science, spirituality and intuition, career and purpose, mindset, relationships, and overall wellness. Through the tools, support, and accountability I provide throughout the program, clients are able to get clear on their desires and confidently step into the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.

HOW I DO IT

Through 12 weeks of awareness, reflection, goal setting, and behavior change, together we will clarify your goals and work towards your desired future, learning how to refine our learnings and sustain habits through life changes.
